Uploading a spreadsheet of prices

Settings → your prices → upload a price list. A spreadsheet or CSV works.

You don't have to lay it out any particular way. GafferMate reads the file, works out which column is the description, which is the price and which is the unit, and shows you what it found before anything is saved. Check that screen — if it's picked the wrong column you can put it right there rather than importing a list of nonsense.

Merchant lists are usually cost prices. If yours are, set a materials markup in Settings so your quotes aren't going out at cost.
