Snap an old quote. Photograph past quotes, invoices or a written price list. GafferMate reads your prices straight off them — and wherever a job shows how long it took, it learns that too. This is the fastest way in and the one that teaches it most.
Upload a price list. A spreadsheet or CSV from your supplier or your own records.
Load the starter pack for your trade. Typical UK rates for your trade, which you then edit to yours. Useful if you're starting from nothing, but they are not your prices until you've been through them.
Say them, or type them. Read your main rates out loud, or add them one at a time.
You don't need everything. Get your common lines in and let the rest build up — anything GafferMate has to estimate is flagged on the quote so you can see exactly what it guessed.
