Settings → your prices and your margin.

Set a materials markup once and it's applied to materials on every quote, so you're not doing the arithmetic on each job. Your labour is priced from your day rates and your team, which already have your margin in them.

Whether a rate you've entered is your cost or your selling price is your call — GafferMate takes the number you gave it. If you've loaded supplier cost prices, set a markup. If your rates are already what you charge, don't, or you'll be marking up twice.
