Where it turns up in QuickBooks

A quote lands in QuickBooks as an estimate: Sales → All Sales, or Customers → the customer you sent it against.

An invoice lands as an invoice, in the same place, and it is live in your books the moment it arrives — QuickBooks has no draft stage for invoices.

Back in GafferMate, the job says whether it went: the Invoice card shows a green tick and "In QuickBooks" once it has.
