The Money tab

One screen for the question no job page can answer: who owes you what.

• Owed to you — everything invoiced and not paid, with the overdue portion called out.
• Overdue — past the payment terms on your profile, oldest first, with the days showing.
• Ready to invoice — the one people don't expect. Work your customer has accepted and you've never billed for. It is the quietest way to lose money in this trade.
• In this month — invoices paid and deposits taken.

Every row opens the job, and you can mark an invoice paid straight from the list without opening anything.

Overdue is judged against the payment terms on your profile — "payment due within 14 days" gives a 14-day clock. Where there's no number in your terms it assumes 30 days.
