The price has come out wrong

Three things to check, in this order — it's nearly always one of them.

1. The flagged lines. Anything GafferMate had to estimate is marked, with a count at the top. An estimated rate is a placeholder, not your price.

2. The labour. This is the usual culprit. If you didn't say how long the job takes and who's on it, it had to guess a duration, and a guessed duration is how a quote lands at half the real money. Correct the days and the crew on the line and it remembers.

3. Your team and day rates. Settings → your team. If nobody's in there, or the day rates are old, every labour line is built on the wrong number.

Fix the underlying rate or time rather than just typing over the total — that way the next quote is right too.
