Nothing is saved until you've looked at what it found, so a bad read costs you a minute, not your price list.
What helps: good light, the sheet flat, the whole page in frame, and one page per photo. A crisp photo of a printed quote reads best; faded thermal paper and handwriting are the hardest.
Anything it got wrong you can correct on that review screen before saving — or skip the rows that are nonsense and add those rates by hand.
