Open the job and there's an Invoice card. One tap turns the quote into an invoice, carrying the same lines and the same total, with its own invoice number.
CIS. Tick the CIS box on an invoice and the deduction is worked out on the labour element at your CIS rate and shown properly on the document.
VAT domestic reverse charge. Applied where it applies, with the wording HMRC requires.
Bank details from Settings appear on the invoice so the customer can pay by transfer.
Numbering. Both quotes and invoices use a prefix you choose and a number you can set — so if you've come from another system at invoice 214, you carry on at 215 rather than starting again.
Once it's raised, the invoice lives on that job, shows as Invoiced on My quotes, and appears in Money until it's paid.
