Taking a deposit on acceptance

Set a deposit percentage on a quote and your customer pays it by card at the moment they accept.

You need to connect Stripe first — Settings → card deposits. That's the account the money settles into, and it's yours; GafferMate never holds it.

The deposit shows on the quote so there's no surprise, and once it's paid it's recorded against the job and shows in your Money tab.
