Open GafferMate → Settings → scroll to the bottom → Delete my account. Confirm, and it's done — immediately and permanently.
This removes your account, business details, logo, price list and every quote and invoice. There's no recovery, so export anything you need first.
Email hello@gaffermate.co.uk from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you, usually within 48 hours.
Everything: your sign-in, business profile, price list, quotes, invoices and uploaded logo. Payment records held by Stripe (if you subscribed) are retained by Stripe as required for financial record-keeping — see our Privacy Policy.
No data is retained for marketing, and nothing is sold or shared.
