Your data is yours. We store what's needed to run your account and nothing more, we don't sell it, and you can delete everything yourself at any time.
Account: your email address and an encrypted password.
Business details: the name, contact details, logo, VAT settings and price list you add — used only to build your quotes.
Quotes: the job descriptions you speak or type, and the quotes generated from them, so you have a history. Everything is private to your account and protected by database-level access rules.
When you build a quote, your job description and your price list are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI service to be turned into an itemised quote. This happens over an encrypted connection. We don't use your data to train AI models.
Data is stored with Supabase (database and file storage) and the app is hosted on Vercel. Voice recognition happens on your device or through your phone's built-in speech service; we never store audio recordings.
Subscriptions are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers — we store only your Stripe customer reference and your subscription status. Stripe's own privacy policy covers how they handle payment data.
Settings → Delete account removes your account, business details, logo, price list and every quote — permanently and immediately.
