Signing in, and forgetting your password

Sign in with the email address and password you signed up with, either in the app or at gaffermate.co.uk. Same account both ways.

Forgotten it? Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen and put your email in. A reset link comes to your inbox — follow it and set a new one. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check the junk folder before trying again.

Face ID / fingerprint. In the app, once you've signed in with your password, it can remember you so you don't type it every time.

If a reset link isn't arriving at all, that's one for a person — email hello@gaffermate.co.uk.
