Settings is the fourth button along the bottom. In order down the screen:
- Subscription — your plan, and cancelling. (On the website; the app can't carry purchase links.)
- Business details — your name, address, phone, VAT registration and rate, payment terms, and your quote and invoice numbering.
- Getting paid — bank details for your invoices, card deposits through Stripe, CIS.
- Your prices and your margin — your rate list, materials markup, and the four ways of getting prices in.
- Your team — who goes out and what a day costs, plus vans.
- Follow-ups — automatic reminders on quotes that have gone quiet.
- Logo — the one on your letterhead.
- Price list — the rates themselves, to view and edit.
- Help & support — where you found this.
- Delete account — a real deletion, not a flag.
QuickBooks is in here too, but connecting it has to be done in a browser at gaffermate.co.uk.
